Cette d\u00e9claration des droits a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e par les organisations suivantes : l'American Association of Fund Raising Counsel, l'Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, le Council for Advancement and Support of Education et la National Society of Fund Raising Executives. Le texte int\u00e9gral de la d\u00e9claration des droits des donateurs est le suivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"La philanthropie est fond\u00e9e sur l'action volontaire pour le bien commun. C'est une tradition de don et de partage qui est essentielle \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de la vie. Pour que la philanthropie m\u00e9rite le respect et la confiance du grand public et que les donateurs et les donateurs potentiels puissent avoir pleinement confiance dans les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif et les causes qu'on leur demande de soutenir, nous d\u00e9clarons que tous les donateurs ont les droits suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00catre inform\u00e9 de la mission de l'organisation, de la mani\u00e8re dont elle entend utiliser les ressources donn\u00e9es et de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser efficacement les dons aux fins pr\u00e9vues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre inform\u00e9 de l'identit\u00e9 des personnes si\u00e9geant au conseil d'administration de l'organisation et attendre de ce dernier qu'il fasse preuve d'un jugement prudent dans l'exercice de ses responsabilit\u00e9s de gestion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9tats financiers les plus r\u00e9cents de l'organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir l'assurance que leurs dons seront utilis\u00e9s aux fins pour lesquelles ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recevoir une reconnaissance appropri\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d'\u00eatre assur\u00e9s que les informations relatives \u00e0 leurs dons sont trait\u00e9es avec respect et en toute confidentialit\u00e9, dans les limites pr\u00e9vues par la loi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S'attendre \u00e0 ce que toutes les relations avec des personnes repr\u00e9sentant des organisations pr\u00e9sentant un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le donateur soient de nature professionnelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Savoir si les personnes qui sollicitent des dons sont des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, des employ\u00e9s de l'organisation ou des solliciteurs engag\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d'avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de faire supprimer leur nom des listes de diffusion qu'une organisation pourrait avoir l'intention de partager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de se sentir libre de poser des questions lorsqu'ils font un don et de recevoir des r\u00e9ponses rapides, v\u00e9ridiques et directes\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HelpMeSee, Inc. \u201cDonor Bill of Rights\u201d HelpMeSee, Inc. believes in the rights of donors and subscribes to the Donor Bill of Rights.
